Touma runs in Shinjuuku at night. Why did this happen? I'm not supposed to be a Samurai Trooper anymore!' In the elevator, he has an ominous feeling and recalls the fighting in the past.
Everything began 1000 years ago. The hatred born from the ugly hearts of the human beings, the birth of Youjagai because of the hatred, and the birth of the king of Youja, Arago. It was Kaos who saved the world 1000 years ago, but even he could not make the hatred disappear. Kaos, with the ominous feeling of the future revival of Arago, search for the warriors who could fight for the fate. It was the beginning of the history of the Samurai Troopers, the power of fire, air, earth, light, and water.

But, ....The only thing we could do was to trust each other, that was everything.' Why do we need to suffer?' No time to see the dreams. With some hopes, and tried to make ourselves to believe that there would be a future....' I don't regret about the fighting. We tried our best...'

Suddenly, Touma feels something, a lightning attacks him from the sky. "One, Two, ....,Five!' said by a woman's voice. Her back appears in the top of the new city hall.
"Touma, I see you as Tenku no Touma."
Suzunagi, you're Suzunagi!'
"What are you doing? You're not supposed to do anything anymore. You need to do nothing. You are not a Samurai Trooper anymore, are you?' Another lightning attacks Touma from the bell on the rosary that Suzunagi wears.
Touma was protected by a barrier, the residue of Tenku's power.
"You will all be Samurai Troopers until the day you die. Hate Kaos, who sent you into the indefinite hell of the world of armors."

At the time of WWII, Kaos came to a temple to open the seal of Tenku's armor. It was sealed by its last owner in order to seal its power of youja. But there was no other choice. Arago would be revive soon. "I will search for a person who can match its power."
"You should not use this armor", said by the young Suzunaki, "It will become the fire, bring the fighting, and destroy the world."

There are some papers held in her hands. When Touma tries to reach them, they fly away, and become larger and larger 5 pictures of new armors.
Suzunagi raises and says "Know the hatred that I have."
Kikoutei!', cried by Touma.
Both black Kikoutei and white Kikoutei appears on the stage, and is fighting with each other. There is no heart in Kikoutei, its only purpose is to fight, to destroy, and the result will be nothing, empty.
"Neo-stage", the stage made by Suzunagi, the fighting of armors.
Touma watched it until both Kikoutei fall down.
"I hate you! Touma, you who used the armor. I hate the armors!" She holds the Kouretsuken and walks toward Rekka's armor. Destroy it.
Ryo cried inside the armor, then Shuu, Shin, Seiji.
Touma can't stand anymore. He cries everyone's name and runs near. Suzunagi attacks the armor of Tenku, the bow flew away and Touma catches it.
"Kill me! That's your fate!", Suzunagi's appearance doubles with her young appearance, fire, and cries.
I can't! I have no right!'
"Then your fate is to die!" Touma starts.
"Busou! Tenku!", cried by Suzunagi, not by Touma. The armoring process advances without Touma's consent. The flower pedals of cherry blossom, a new armor appears.
Touma's face appears inside of the unknown armor, unconscious.

MESSAGE VOL. II

Shin wakes up from the nightmare, a nightmare of Touma, who cries with pain and despair.

It is a caf in the basement. Ryo, Shin, Seiji, and Shuu meet there. Touma has disappeared. The only hint is the package sent to Ryo from him. It is a play script, The Five Armor Warriors'. It was written at the end of the Edo period. It is a play about Arago and the five Samurai Troopers. A prophet has existed. "Ryo, how are you? I hate to write this letter with such beginning, but...Ryo, our armors disappeared with the two Kikoutei. The fighting of armors ended, hadn't it? I want to make sure it has ended. I'll check our fighting. Something... something begins to move." wrote by Touma in the letter.

Shuu: "No joke! A prophet? Then what's our fighting? It was not something funny! The pain and the blood were real! No one else can help, we could only believe ourselves. Companions? Of course! We have five persons. But everyone was in the same position. Ryo, Seiji, Touma, Shin. I like everyone. That's why I survived, and I'll survive. And you said it was predicted? Give me a break! You understand nothing! Why do we need to talk about this again?"

Shin: (all 'quote are said by Shin Mouri.) We wanted power for our own sake. If we didn't want power, maybe the Kikoutei would not appear. It's the power to destroy everything. And we, no, I, who wanted such power, have no right to use it. I do not qualify to be a Samurai Trooper.
Mukara, the bearer of the black Kikoutei, was the warrior. And I knew that he was Kikoutei itself, the ideal of an armor's bearer. In order to escape from pain and fear, the human beings asked for power, and that human being is me.
I don't regret for the past, but I didn't want to fight. I'm not such a good person who can fight for righteousness and righteousness only. I had asked for Kikoutei.
We felt that we should get away from the armors, and find the answer from ourselves. We need to! But I can't find the answer.
Is there new fighting coming? Do I need to go over all this again?
Fighting was not everything in my memory. Companions, warmness, and peace. But when time passes, good memories disappear, and bad memories are left. Why?'

Without achieving any conclusion, everyone leaves the caf , choosing different paths, in purpose.

Shin rides on a motorcycle. Right now, he just wants to think by himself. The change begins when he stops at the traffic light. The street becomes all red.
Armors appears from nowhere. Armors fight . In the middle of everything, there is a seal. Armors attack the seal without feeling tired.
Suzunagi, inside the seal, is protecting something. An armor, a warrior, Suigo no Shin.
That's me?'Shin started.
The seal is broken by the armors, but Suzunagi fights until her movements becomes heavier and heavier. And she is surrounded by the Armors.
Shin runs. Wait! What happens?'
"Don't come any closer!", Suzunagi cried, "I'll protect your future!"
My future?'

Neo-stage, a play entitled The New Fighting of Suigo' is playing. Narrator: "Who can give this man directions? The man who lost in fights." Suigo kneels on the stage. The spear appears. "What's this? The direction is fighting! Why now tell the man to fight? The man has understood the life without fighting."
Suigo raises its face. The face fills with the will to fight. "What? The man has the will to fight. This is surprising! Then fight!" But Suigo does not move.
The stage ends.

Shin is in shock by the fact that he would choose to fight again in the future. He can't believe it. He does not want to believe it, but something inside him telling that it is the truth.
"It is because you are too gentle. Shin, that gentleness directs you into fighting.", says by Suzunagi, "I'm glad about it, and all I can do is to protect you."
Why protect me? What do you want from me? I can't do anything. There is nothing I can do.'
Blood runs down from Suzunagi's face. "You have the heart to believe the others. I'll protect you, protect the heart, with my life."
I won't be happy about it! No one would be happy being protected!'
"Do whatever you will.", with the last words, Suzunagi's body is raised by the spears that penetrate her body. She died.

Shin cries. He does not want to fight. He has fought but he didn't want to. But...
Shin jumps and puts Suzunagi's body on the ground.
Is this the future? Then I'll change the future by my hands!'
But these are the words expected by Suzunagi.
Busou! Suigo!'Shin cries.
And is trapped, into the new Armor of Suigo.
"And the second one," says by Suzunagi.
A tear dropped from the left eye of Suigo.

MESSAGE VOL III.

In the basement of an old building, Seiji sits and reads the play that Touma has send to Ryo. Shuu, doing pushups, says Come anytime. I'm ready.' (All ' quote is said by Shuu Rei Fang)
"Do you hear anything from Touma, or Shin?" No.'

Touma and Shin have disappeared.
"Maybe you're the next," said by Seiji.

Seiji: "What's the meaning of a prophet? In fact, I'm tired. Do I ask too much of the ideal from the fighting? Stop playing with lives, armors! The peace is broken because human beings want to fight, want the power of armors. Is this the revenge of the armors? The revenge of the evil heart which made the armors? Armors are made by hatred, like Arago, the king of Youja. The desire gives birth to both prosperity and hatred. The hatred gives birth to the Youjagai, and the youja live in human's hearts. The fighting is the fight with one's own heart. There will be no ending until one recalls the heart of humanity. I can't hold the sword anymore when my heart is in confusion, not even to talk about it. I'm not mature enough to talk about human being's heart. I hope I can accept the existence of the prophet in a good way. Maybe, he felt about the existence of the armors, feared about the future of evil, and asked for the appearance of the Samurai Troopers. What he felt about was only happened in the future, in our time, not in his (the Edo period). The cruel fighting, the painful fighting. But it was also the way I chose."

Suddenly Seiji is frozen. He finds something different in the play comparing to his own fighting.

The neo-stage is playing a new ending, the one different from the reality. Kikoutei destroys Suigo, Rekka, Kongo, and Tenku. Smoke raises from the broken armors, the evil smoke just like the one appeared when a youja was killed.
And Korin is broken, too.

"Was it correct to destroy the Kikoutei? Did we change the correct ending of the world of armors?", Seiji wondered.
Shuu argued, Are you saying that we should die at the time?' But Seiji could not stop wondering.

Shuu stands up, and both of them walk out from the basement.

In order to get an answer, Seiji mediates in front of a waterfall. "Our responsibility as the Samurai Troopers hasn't ended yet." Behind Seiji, Suzunagi appears.
In Seiji's mind, Korin fight with the Kikoutei, but the Sword of Korin has lost its light. Korin destroys the white Kikoutei, then the black one.
Seiji sweats. "The fighting is coming. The punishment for people who chose the incorrect paths." He opens his eyes, and in front of him, Korin's armor stands with the sword in its hand.
"....Korin...."
Korin raises the sword, watching down, waiting to attack.
Seiji frowns, and reaches for a sword unconsciously.
However, he stops his action and starts when he realizes what he is doing. "Does my body pursuit for fights? ...The confusion will always be there if my heart is like this way." Seiji stands up.
In contract of Seiji's standing up, Korin's armor knells down in front of Seiji, and gives the Sword of Korin to Seiji. "It is the most stupid thing to respond power with power! Immerse, my Body, with my Heart!' Korin's Sword shines with blinding light.
Suzunagi, starts inside the waterfall, and then disappears.

On the roof of a hotel in front of the new city hall in Shinjuuku, Shuu stands. I smell the smells of armors!'
Suddenly he jumps from the roof. However, his body stops abruptly just before it hits the ground.
I thought so! In order to call the Kikoutei, all five persons are needed.'
Black clouds appears on the sky. A coat of armor appears from nowhere, and it is Suzunagi's face appears behind it. The Kongo's coat shines with light and the new armor of Kongo appears.
Shuu starts, and jumps back.

Seiji tries to search for new information from the ancient records, and what he finds is a design of a theater in the Edo period, a design that is similar with the new city hall in Shinjuuku.
"This is...."Seiji runs out from the room.

Kongo's armor hits the ground and Suzunagi appears.
"Yes, I made the armors in order to call the Kikoutei, to see the light. I can only see the darkness and the hateful armors now. Should the ugly shadow disappear? Or should I just pray for the light?"
Kikoutei has tried to cleanse everything. Nothing will be left. Do you want the future to be destroyed?'
Suzunagi does not reply. "My hatred, now become the armor!" The armor of Kongo rises in the air and moves closer to Shuu. Sorry, but I don't want to become a part of the Kikoutei!', Shuu cries and hits the Kongo's armor.
Suddenly lights appears from the armor's back. A vision appears. It was the young Suzunagi played with a ball, and her mother who watched the laughing girl.
"Mother...mother." Suzunagi whispered. She hasn't expected to see this vision, either.

Seiji runs with a bad feeling about Shuu. He finally finds Shuu in front of the new city hall, and is starting at the vision, too.
"The armor, is that the new armor?"
Suzunagi realizes the existence of Seiji and disappears into the city hall. It looks just like that she is trying to avoid Seiji.
With the disappearance of Suzunagi, the Kongo's armor becomes dim and the armor starts to leave. Shuu jumps and holds the armor.
"Stop! Shuu!", Seiji suddenly understands what Shuu is going to do, but it is too late.
I don't know if you're Kongo's armor or something else, but let me test your power! Busou, Kongo!' At the moment, light shines, and both Shuu and the Kongo's armor disappear in the light.

"Shuu", Seiji whispered, " Is this the beginning? Or the end?"
Then he walks toward the new city hall.

MESSAGE VOL. IV

Holding the helmet of Korin's armor, Suzunagi fells into her own thoughts.
That armor is made by your heart.'said by Seiji's voice. (All ' quote are said by Seiji Date.)
Suzunagi is surprised and throws the helmet to Seiji. Seiji catches the helmet. The armor was made because of your sadness.'
Suzunagi laughed. "Whom are you searching for? The underdog who was destroyed by his own past? The coward who was defeated by his own dark future? Or the easy mark who mistook the ideal with the reality?" I am called here by the wandering/confusing heart.'
Suzunagi laughed again. "What do you understand of?"
Did anyone explain about the Kikoutei? Shuu, Shin, or Touma?', asked by Seiji, I see. Touma talked about it.'

The neo-stage that Suzunagi showed to Touma appears again.

I try to understand, about the loneliness that could not be understood.'
"Therefore, the Kikoutei is necessary," replies by Suzunagi, "in order to erase all sadness in the world."
Sadness will disappear all right. But it will not be the only thing that disappears. Everything would: dreams, hopes, and the future. The sadness of loss, you are supposed to understand it better than anyone else.'
The mature Suzunagi could not find a reply, but the young Suzunagi tries to give an answer by showing Seiji her true past.

Starting by the young Suzunagi, Seiji returns to the Edo period, the time Suzunagi lived.

In front of the theater, a man tried to call for more audience. The board in front showed that the play shown today was about Rekka and Kenbukyo.
Suzunagi sat on the stairs. She was the daughter of the theater's owner, and today was her first stage. Called by her mother, Suzunagi returned and prepared for the stage.
The theater has the same design as the new city hall today. Suzunagi fall into sleep. Suddenly there are sounds of bombing and the earth shocked. Suzunagi woke up and what she saw was the fire, the persons running, and the cries from everywhere.
Seiji woke up inside the Korin's armor (using by the theater) by the crying of Suzunagi. The fire grew bigger and bigger. Inside the fire, Suzunagi's mother ran and tried to find her daughter. Suzunagi was still too young to know that she should escape.
It was too late. When the mother finally found her, the ceiling fall on them, and the fire swallowed everything.

Seiji couldn't move except cried Escape!'
All these happened because of the armors. The Tokugawa government declared that a stage talking about the end of the world showed the disrespect of the government. Suzunagi's father was punished by death penalty, and the theater was destroyed. Only Suzunagi's cries left... forever.
Seiji lost himself. His despair and anger gave him the power to destroy. Korin's Sword destroy everything: the earth, the sea, the ships that bombed the theater, and others. At the time, while fighting and destroying with joy, Seiji was not a human being anymore. Finally Seiji got away from the armor, but nothing on earth was whole.
"You had became a youja. It's not surprising that you did when you had such hatred. But no one can blame you for it, and you would not let anyone to blame you, either.", said by the young Suzunagi.
Seiji had no reply.

The mature Suzunagi appears again. She laughs at Seiji, who had asked for the power of the armor again. "Therefore, Kikoutei is necessary.", she said, "Now, wear the armor, Korin no Seiji." "Hurry," Suzunagi walks toward Seiji, tears run down her face.
Holding the helmet of Korin's new armor, Seiji finally sets his mind.
He looks at Suzunagi warmly, light shines from his body. Then he raises the helmet up into the air.
For Seiji, wearing the new armor does not mean fighting anymore. At this moment, Suzunagi tries to stop him unconsciously. But Seiji has called out already, in his own will, Busou, Korin!'
Suzunagi does not understand what she want, there is no obvious reason why she tries to stop Seiji's armoring. Crying inside Seiji's arms, holding him tight. Seiji smiled, and held her back.
Then suddenly he disappears into light. Suzunagi holds her own body and starts to cry. No one answers her crying anymore, but the Korin's armor sits still.
